4WRD is actively working with our dependable carrier compliance tool to monitor our usage of diverse owned carriers (minority, veteran, woman, and disability owned). Using this compliance tool coupled with our meticulously tailored TMS (MVMT), we are able to properly track, report, and hold ourselves accountable during the carrier selection process for each of our trusted shipments.

While 4WRD is in the early days of our journey to become an industry leader, we believe that we can establish and promote healthy habits company wide to create a competitive advantage. Our TMS developers are actively working on ease of access reporting of not only diversity within our carrier network, but the carbon footprint that our partners (Scope 3) are leaving behind as well. This will be tracked through empty miles, types of equipment offered, and proper certifications relating to emissions and SmartWay approved partners. Leadership at 4WRD also seeks out opportunities to volunteer within our local community to help initiatives promoting a cleaner environment.
